Veterans Memorial Bridge
The San Angelo Metropolitan Planning Organization recognizes the importance or honoring our veterans and military. Through a collaboration with the MPO, City of San Angelo and All Veterans Council of Tom Green, the Nasworthy Bridge on Knickerbocker Road was recently renamed Veterans Memorial Bridge. This was done to recognize the more than 10,000 veterans in San Angelo and the surrounding area for their dedication, courage, and sacrifices they have given our country.
