Annual Listing of Obligated Projects

The APL Report is a listing of projects obligated during the previous fiscal year. The purpose is to increase the transparency of government spending on transportation projects and strategies in the metropolitan areas. Obligated funds are those that have been authorized and meet eligibility requirements.
